• Client Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of agreed project deliverables transfers to the client as outlined in the project contract.
• Retained Rights: Ynki retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

• Pricing: All prices are stated in the project proposal or on the pricing page and may vary based on scope.
• Payment Terms: Projects typically require a deposit before work begins. Specific terms are outlined in individual contracts.
• Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
